Very nice and comfortable with good quality. Just wish if there was one with lower headboard.

I went directly to the store. The sales person could not find my profile. She walked away from me to help other customers. She stated I had no choice but to order through my app. Headboard is poorly tufted. They stuck a seam in the middle of fabric where it can be stuffed in side where you would not notice. All the tufting is wrinkled and sloppy looking. Macys would not exchange without it being inspected first. Very disappointing.

This bed is stunning! Very sturdy and well put together! We did the white glove service and they were wonderful! Polite, clean and friendly to talk to!

The bed is beautiful, I paid for the white glove delivery and setup and the gentlemen put it together in about 30 minutes.

The light gray color looked more like beige, but it still worked for our needs. the medium gray color would have probably worked better if you're looking for more of a gray color.

Its been a month when I purchased this bed, I thought its normal to have that chemical smell on the fabric, I called their furniture department and reported the problem. They send someone from their furniture specialist(Carlos) came by and checked and agreed about the smell. When I called to make follow up about the report, they said my complained was turned down. Being a 17 years of Macys loyal customer I was so DISAPPOINTED FOR UNRELIABLE SERVICE!
