Awful-runs way too big

Runs very big and returned the item and it's been over 21days of transit and still have not received my credit. Don't order from website because there is no customer service if there is an issue.

I get a lot of compliments

I get so many compliments. The heel is perfect and stylish. I walked 2 blocks and had blisters on my toes. Very uncomfortable if you have to walk long distances in them. You will be in pain.
