I will never shop at Timerland. com again.

I received my first pair and they were damaged so I sent them back and received a second pair that was even more damaged. Customer service was horrendous. I am three and a half weeks into this process and still have no boots and no credit on my credit card.

Tall, Heavy Boots

These boots are an awkward height for short boots, but would probably be perfect for someone taller (I am 5'2"). They are also pretty heavy and stiff and would need a decent amount of breaking in before being really comfortable. I have fairly narrow feet, and they were still tight.
