Not 100% wool as described

This is advertised as 100% wool. The tag upon arrival said 20% cotton and 80% wool, which is a huge difference. For that blend it is way overpriced. It also had a strong distinctive “sheep” smell. Granted it was left on our front step in the heat but it is quite pungent. We returned it since i definitely wanted 100% wool, not a blend. The rug is flip/floppy, not firm. Whether you like this is a personal preference. But it’s more like a bath mat than a heavy living room rug.
