Bloomingdale's needs to get it together

Rating based on the fact that Bloomingdales sent the right rug in the wrong color, then screwed up the tracking on the return ( I had UPS pick up the next day - that was weeks ago and have yet to have my account credited for it). The rug itself seemed nice, but it arrived dirty because the thin plastic packaging had torn. I've wasted hours on the phone trying to get this resolved.

Very thin

Disappointed with this rug. It’s very thin (like a bathroom mat), so thin that it was folded in half and then rolled up upon delivery... It also had multiple pulls in the threads, so the ply was uneven. For the price, I expected something much more plush.
