There's is virtually no support

There's is virtually no support for this watch. instructions are marginal at best! No one at TIMEX is willing to take the responsibility to make this watch work. This is the second watch I bought. It wont start!!! Support is send it back. . . call Timex. . . nobody is home! I have an email in to TIMEX. . . no response!!!

Indiglo light function is not working

The watch overall looks brand new with tag's and stickers. All buttons function properly except for the indiglo light.
