Purchased broken Watch

Super upset at this purchase. I recently bought this item in person at Short Hills mall in NJ and my experience was TERRIBLE. I waited around the watch section for over half an hour before someone finally showed up to assist me. I was looking for a new leather strapped watch with a light-colored face. The sales attendant showed me this model which was on clearance for a great price. I loved the way the watch looked on my wrist and was great for the price, so I purchased it. Come to find out that when I attempt to set the watch time, the watch hands do not turn in sync. There is no way for me to set the time when the hands are not in sync. THEY SOLD ME A BROKEN WATCH.
