No Waste line?!

What a beautiful dress, unfortunately not a good fit for me, small was too small and medium was too big! I just wish they would make a dress with a normal waiste line instead of right under bodice. Neither petite or regular size dress was a good fit.

This dress is labeled as petite. Why is it so long that it sweeps the floor while I’m wearing shoes. It’s mislabeled
