Petite size runs small

Cute but small. I’m 5’3” , 130 lbs. and the petite small was too tight. Length was ok.

Very high waisted

The waistline on this dress is significantly higher than other petite sizes. Since this dress is a boho design to slightly blouse over a belt, it missed the mark. Otherwise a lovely dress. Very disappointed it had to be returned.

Read the Reviews-Dress works for Me

I ordered, but thought twice after reading reviews that stated weird fit and cheap material. But the price, style and petite size, kept calling me. I am glad I did. I can see where the bodice could be ill fitting with the built in slip. Being average in the bust works well in the fit, but could see a conflict as the slip does not have the stretch needed to accommodate. Regarding the fabric, it is not cheap. It is lightweight as the dress is meant to have some movement and flow. If it were heavier, you would feel like a tent and not for warmer temperatures.
