I like the Swissmatic (automatic) movement. I like the non-hacking second hand. I also like the dial and face. I didn't want the busyness of a chronograph for this look.
This Tissot V8 has a vintage race design, with today's technology. I didn't want the manual winding features some watches have. It fits nicely in an automatic watch winder. But the 72 hour power reserve means, you don't really have to leave it in the winder if it's in your everyday line up.
Bottom line, its a great looking time piece with modern movement, you don't have to pull out a personal loan to buy swiss movement, Carolyn at Macy's Eastridge helped me choose this watch. Carolyn and staff are no pressure jewelers. I like my watch and jewelry shopping experience at Macy's Eastridge. There's two other Macy's near San Jose; however, I choose Macy's Eastridge.
