Best watch so far

This is one of the best watches I've ever had so far, the stainless strap is shiny and crisp.

Great and beautiful watch

I bought this for my grandson's 18th birthday. It's gorgeous and he loves it. The lady that helped me was wonderful. It's very hard to get help at Macy's these days. Very few staff around and often you can't find anyone. I don't like shopping at Macy's these days because of the difficulty in getting help in the stores. But I got lucky and found some fairly quickly this time. I love the watch and so does my grandson.

Too much trouble

Loved this watch when I bought it but then I needed to replace the battery which I would normally do myself. Getting the back off was difficult and then I couldn't get it back on correctly even with a watch press. I called Tissot and they tell me I should have sent it to Culver City for servicing and I might have voided the warrantee taking the back off! Seriously? Just to replace the battery? My local jeweler couldn't get it back on either so they had to send it to a guy with an industrial strength watch press. Just so you know, you think you're getting a Swiss timepiece but inside the watch is stamped Hong Kong!
