Sales gave me the wrong item...

When I went to pick up the watch, the salesperson could not find the original box, but assured me it was not the floor model...when I gave it as a gift, the crown fell off when my wife tried to wind it. I took it back to find out it was indeed a floor/returned item and should have had a nice box, extra strap and working crown. It was a super poor experience at Macy's.

I had to return this watch because the crown would not move. The crown had been over wound not allowing further adjustment of date and time.
