This watch is beautiful; I got a defective piece

This watch is beautiful with rose gold and silver but unfortunately the one I received keeps stopping. I have to keep resetting the time and date. I even went to Macy's store to get it set/repaired but the store folks don't entertain online orders. I have no other option than to return it.
