Cute but color bleeding skirt

This is a very cute skirt and my almost 3 year old got so many compliments from passersby that I was proud of the purchase until I put it in wash. It bleeds color. Thankfully, I hand-washed it so the damage was only to 3 t-shirts (see picture). She has only worn it once and I don't think I can afford her wearing it again with the fear of this ruining more of her other clothes.
