terrible customer service at macys in willowbrook

I purchased several items online, I did not pick free shipping instead I asked the items to be shipped to The Macys located in the willowbrook mall located in 1960 west in houston tx. when I picked all the items up the lady at the customer service desk did NOT remove the magnets attached to the clothes, when I left the store the sensors started making noise because the magnets were never removed. this was a very Bad experience for me. I will never buy anything from Macys in the future.
