Shipping problems & missing parts

I have several issue with my purchase... 1. was not able to track the shipping of the item and I have checked every day since the order was placed. 2. came home today to find the package arrived (yay!) only to discover it's missing the casters, screw and allen key. 3. There are a few small black dirt marks on the chair (top of back rest, corner of back rest) 4. called customer support like the flyer in the box says to do and their systems are down. 5. after hanging up realized she only took my email address and I have no idea if she has my other information or not. 6. IF the order is actually placed for the missing parts, it takes 7-10 business days to receive them! Meanwhile I'm sitting here with chair parts in my home office taking up space. Chair does appear to be comfortable but to pay this much money you expect it to come with all the parts... especially when there is a HUGE red arrow reading "Hardware kit" SMH
