Ruined after washing

I followed the care instructions on the tag. No issues after washing. After drying on low heat, the filling became a hard plastic. I can break it apart but not to the original condition.

Not black and white

I’m so disappointed in this set. The colors are graphite/charcoal and ivory not black and white. Not as apparent in photos as actual comparison to black pillow and white blanket. Photo on website also appears to be a true white.
