No good!!!!

I used this luggage 2 times and the second time when I pulled the thing up it was broken, now i don't know what to do because it's broken ughh a waste of my money

Handle Broke After Second Time of Use

We used this bag twice. The handled broke with no fault of our own, and now the bag is useless. Sadly the handle is cheaply made. We take good care of our belongings. There's no reason why this should have happened. This happened right after we went through TSA to go to our gate. When I attempted to extend the handle to walk with the bag, it came apart. Macy's is refusing to send us a new bag or refund us because we purchased this bag 11 months ago. But again... we only used this luggage twice. I would not recommend buying this bag and purchasing this set.

nice luggage

i had another luggage and bought this luggage to match. it looks perfect and it's great easy to roll at the airport, not heavy which made me happy.

Still pleased

Plan to use it as a replacement for last year's purchase. Noticed that it is about an inch "shorter". The upright extension handle appears to need a little lubrication but I will put it to use when I can again travel.

Nice little carry on bag

This is a nice suitcase for the price. I would only use it as a carry on as I don’t think it would withstand the abuse sustained when luggage is checked. A nice feature as a carry on is that there is a flap on the bottom to facilitate easily removing the bag from an overhead compartment. Having handle grips on three different sides is a very useful feature.
