totally dropped the ball!

I ordered the the duffel on January 29th check several times in next few weeks still no bag. So I called customer service and spoke to two people that didn't have a clue to what I was even calling about; even though I explained it a few different ways, they tell me It's was delivered at the store. Of course. It wasn't.. I had already checked there, and I never got notification to pick it up..they can only put a claim in. Then the next day they charge my account for a bag that I didn't even receive. So I call back of course,no clear explanation, and then they send me an email after the fact a day later, that they're gonna refund the charges. why would you even charge me if I didn't receive the item, originally? when we had already established that I didn't received it, and I had no previous charge on my account. long story short still never got the duffel,waiting on my redund...So Ridiculous!😡

Not too big or too small, just right to fit in the over head bin on the plane. It is light enough but sturdy. The only draw back is if you add another bag on top of it, it does have a tendency to tip over if you don't lean it against something. This is not a game changer, just be aware of it. It looks nice and rolls nice. Just love it.
