Horrible Customer Service

The customer service team has messed this up 3 times now. They have sent the wrong size twice and then never sent me the correct jacket. I never actually got it.

Very nice jacket, had to return it though because it is so tight around the shoulders.

Great feel and look

Overall great fit, feel and look. One start less because the coat offish appears crumbled and wavy when taking pictures and zooming.

I'll buy it for new years eve because I like the fresh look and style, but I don't polyester, why Hilfiger is making everything in cheap material lately!!!
