Boxers too loose on the edge around the thigh

These are not what I expected of TH boxers to be honest. I have bought countless TH boxers and these are not staying firm and grip to my thigh. I wore one the first day and it appears slack by the time I took it off in the evening. I tried another one the second day and it is the same. Though the cotton is very soft and comfortable, they don't hug well on the thigh like the ones I bought before this.
