Church shrinks badly

After washing drying the shirt shrank so small that I couldn't wear it. I complain to Tommy about the problem and have never heard back from them. There was no washing tag on the shirt.

Not what it looks like

This is only fair quality. Looks good in image, but the fabric is thin, scratchy and very wrinkly. Will need professional care. Will not order again. TH used to be quality, now it appears from my three recent purchases that it has cut quality in favor of more competitive pricing.
