Lost my Jacket

I ordered a jacket from Macy’s on September 13th for an important occasion. The promised delivery was September 16th. On that date, customer service told me the jacket was at the store for pickup—but the store said they didn’t have it. The next day, I was told again it had been delivered, but once more, the store didn’t have it. Finally, on the evening of September 18th, I received notice that Macy’s had lost my order. This entire process was a disaster—miscommunication, delays, and ultimately no resolution. It shows that Macy’s infrastructure and customer service are broken. If a simple jacket order can be lost and mishandled like this, how can customers rely on the company? No wonder Macy’s is struggling.

you get what you pay for!

Very poor quality material. The coat was delivered, rolled up in a ball all wrinkled the first thing I have to do is take it to a Dry Cleaner. It’s very cheap linen like material.

Fast, well informed delivery. The linen sport coat is high quality. I'm 6'3", weigh 180 and 40 long fits perfectly. It was shipped in a large box folded once on a hanger...no wrinkles!
