The chart size does not match the stand charts.

The size is not standard. I do not know what is going on with sizes at Macy's. I am very disappointed. I have been trying to purchase several jackets from Macy's and each time I had to return or change it because the sizes do not match. I just purchased a jacket size 38 R, and it fit me perfectly. I purchased this one, size 38R and here we go, it is small. I have heard about this problem from many others. I am returning it and very tired of doing it over and over.
