Sport Coat purchase

Order a sport coat for an upcoming event about 10 days ago with the promised arrival date in ample time to wear, it never came. The event has now come and gone and still, no sport coat delivered. I went to Macy's "customer service" site and got no help whatsoever. They will not remove any charges or cancel my order. Very disappointed. Macys should be ashamed. They place blame on the carrier. Now I'm supposed to be inconvenienced to track it down and physically return it ( if it ever gets delivered ).

Great Price and Quality!

Had my eye on this style of sport jacket for a while, and the one I thought I wanted went on sale. As I was about to purchase it, Macy's showed me another very similar one of a better fabric combination, for a better price! I was thrilled and immediately ordered it in my size. It arrive a couple days early and fits like a glove! Absolutely love it and immediately wore it to work the next opportunity I got.
