Multi-purpose blouse!

I love the colors of this blue blouse. At first I thought it was rather see through but when I put it on, I realized it was not. I love that it is multi-seasonal as it can be worn with the sleeves rolled up part way and also buttoned at the wrist. Another quality item from Tommy Hilfiger!
