Pretty dress but way too big

I purchased this online in my normal TH dress size 2. I loved the design and was really hoping I would love it when it arrived. It seemed to be made really well and was pretty in person. It was way too big though, so I had to return it and they didn't have a size 0. Such a bummer. I'm not sure what happened with the sizing with this one, but I would definitely recommend sizing down if you order online.
