Cute light blue polka dot TH blouse

Cute & well made, heavier material perfect for Fall. I also find it tight in the arms that pulls in the back with forward reaching movement so I would suggest sizing up as it will likely shrink when washed, and prob need pressing. I don’t find it boxy but rather if you’re big busted pulls across the buttons of chest. I still like it and will keep it and just recommend sizing up if…
