Not as expected

Didn't realize the dress had shiny silver polka dots. Returned. Not sure where I could wear this dress. Not work appropriate- very flashy.

Worn

I received this item today and as soon as I removed it from the bag, it reeked of perfume. I assumed it was a perfume sample, but there was none in the bag. I proceeded to try it on and realized that it had white stains on the front/side and the perfume was obviously coming from the dress. I am less than happy that someone had worn the dress and then returned it stained and smelly. YUK. Needless to say, it is a definite return.
