The dress keeps moving to one side. It was a defective piece. Couldn't even return it

Tommy Hilfige womens dress

This is a beautiful summer dress for special occasions. I received many compliments when I wore it to a Mothers Day Luncheon!

Cheap

It had cheap construction and super thin fabric. The v-neck collar was off center. The colors were also much brighter than in the photo; they are more appropriate to children’s clothing. Disappointed.
