Sandals are well- made, comfortable, and fit true to size! I love them so much I bought a pair in brown and balck!

Very uncomfortable sandals

These sandals are uncomfortable they hurt on the front I lose the straps on the back, but I didn’t work.

Not well made

Just like most people state in the reviews, the cushion fell off within 5 minutes of wearing them. Disappointing and gives the feeling that it is a cheap sandal.

very comfortable

I love the sandals. fit me well. The best thing I like the was the rubber sole . They didn’t make noise when I walk.. but one thing I ordered the black I got the black an caramel color. I still love the comfy of it.

I really like the sandals. I wore them one day and the heel pad, fell off. I tried to return at the store and wait 30 minutes to get help. They did not carry this shoe in the store. I took to a shoe repair to have the heel pad repaired. I am disappointed Macey's is just not the store it used to be.

Manufacturing process problem

I purchased 2 colors of this shoe. I wore the brown colored ones first and in less than one hour the shoe cushion pad with the Tommy Hilfiger logo detached and came off the sandal. The second day I wore the black sandal and the same thing happened again. Macy’s gave me great customer service. And sent me a new pair. I didn’t even wear the replacement sandals and the pads are not even attached to the sandals (see photo below.). It appears there’s some type of manufacturing process problem. I really like these sandals and would like to find a solution but this should not be happening.
