Tommy Hilfiger Womens Sleeveless Tie-Neck Top

I was very disappointed. This was not Macys standard. It was wrinkled and half turned inside out. I decided to keep it, but will have it dry cleaned first. It still had the tags on it and I love the blouse itself.
