Unhappy customer

I received this item with the security device still attached. I called the 800 # and got a person that I could not understand. I think they wanted me to drive 250 miles to have a Macy's associate remove it. That is not very helpful. No wonder Macy's is losing customers. I am reluctant to continue ordering from you.
