Never received it

Sorry to say but I never received this limited edition Tshirt. I ordered it very quickly being a limited edition. Was very excited that I could place the order in time. When I looked at tracking, it never left the warehouse. Very disappointing and it was a gift. Never expected this from Macy’s. Though I was refunded but it says the “Tshirt was returned”??
