Too hard and narrow

Shoes look good and look like they should be very comfortable. However, they are very hard and feel narrower than expected. I had to take them to be stretched before I could wear them.

Tom’s

They are the stiffest shoes I have ever tried on. I’m an 8-81/2 and I had to buy a 9 and they are even tight. They are adorable but very uncomfortable.
