I feel like visitor on my own living room

These piece is a little stiff. I m hoping it will change with wear. So far, not a great piece of furniture for lounging.

We really like Macy's furniture department

It's leather, a pretty warm gray. I love the simple lines and the scale for my 1955 house. I have eclectic taste and these go with everything. I love that they fit the space. My old brown leather overstuffed took up way too much room. We bought two of the Tonies and they sit across from each other. I would only purchase at Macy's, have yet to be disappointed since 1993. Have repurchased duplicates of one set of recliners after 20 years of nightly use. We love the look and quality of their furniture. I had to return one couch as the color wasn't good and it was easy, picked out another one (the first one of the two we now own). Great experience all of the way completely online except for the visit at the store to see which one we liked sitting on then thinking about after it.

Nice Color of Gray

Purchased both the sofa and loveseat. Perfect gray color for my color scheme. We were looking for firm because as we get older, soft couches aren't for us. And they are more on the firm side.
