I am so disappointed! This watch band is gorgeous but, I think it was made for a bigger watch? The clasps have all this metal sticking out...

Bought this for my wife. She loves it. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 is that it’s not easy to take links out to size. Would have been an easier process with directions. That being said, it’s a quality feeling and looking band that really cleans up the look of an Apple Watch.

Clasp broke less than 2 weeks of wearing. According to. the website, it ships directly from Vendor. I contacted Tory Burch as a warranty issue trying to get it fixed or replaced. I was told by Tory Burch that Macys is not an authorized seller of their products so I would need to contact Macys about the item. I requested a return/refund and sent the band back. It was received by Macys on 12/22 and I still do not have my refund. Customer service just keeps saying to way 3-5 days. Well its been 22 days since they received my return and still no refund. No one at Macys seem to care either It’s been impossible to speak with someone that will help.

no directions on how to shorten the piece by removing links.

Love the clasp and fit. A little bit heavier than I thought it was going to be. Looks nice on my wrist.

Very luxe

It’s a beautiful piece and matches the aluminum Apple Watch very well. Also, you’re able to remove up to 6 links. My wrist is very small (5.5-6inches). I had to remove all 6 links, but it fits perfectly.

I love this watch band. I would have given it 5 stars, but it is difficult to size perfectly. The links can only be sized in large increments, so my band is either a little too tight or too loose.
