My wife LOVES it, but when it arrive, the battery was dead and it was hard for me to find someone who could replace it as we live far, which is why I bought online in the first place

I was sent a new watch with a dead battery. why would you even ship an item before looking it over? Customer service has gone way down and it's absolutely disheartening. I will be returning this item.
