Watch set!

This watch set was beautiful! As all my items from Tory Burch are. But with the few pounds after my son’s birthday.; Unfortunately it didn’t fit! But a marvelous set nevertheless!

Doesn’t work

It’s literally a waste of my money and they don’t even care like you spend a good penny on something for it not to even work like are you serious. Why sell a watch unless it doesn’t work. They don’t care about service anymore only what money they can gain and just give wtv they want.

Resizing problems

I bought this for my girlfriend today & only 2 links were able to be taken off, we needed an additional 2 removed for it to fit perfectly. We bought it anyway because the reps there told us that they “didn’t have the tools” to remove the extra 2 links due to the fact that it was a new style. I thought that was a bit odd, but they told us to try maybe a jewelry store. We didn’t to 2 stores and they told us that they were not able to, the first store told me that he had the tool but that it wouldn’t turn. The second store told me the same thing but said the only way he can do it is if he uses excessive force which at that point he wasn’t comfortable doing in fear of breaking the watch. I ended up having to return it because it just didn’t fit her well it was too big. It was so disappointing because it was a promotion gift and it was an incredibly beautiful piece. I hope this gets fixed soon, but I doubt it.

Can’t Resize Easily

I took it to two different jewelers and neither could resize this watch. If you’re going to sell this, include a tool to resize it.
