Very disappointed with quality...very flimsy... arrived in a battered box, opened plastic wrap AND dirty wheels!!! Am saddened that Macy's would send out merchandise like this...have purchased Delsey luggage from Macy's in the past, that was and is of a much better quality (thicker material & much sturdier handles & wheels)...
