Does not work as advertised

The back of the chicken which is on top get done and crisp, while the bottom of the chicken, the thickest part, the breasts, are 30 degrees lower in internal temperature and not roasted done. all the seasoning on the top of the chicken melts away and falls off and does not sink into the breasts even though seasoned below the skin. everything falls off, and it tarnished, did not stay stainless steel color, or clean up without filling the whole sink to soak it in. Very disappointing.
