Old-school solution is still valid

Up to now I only saw sock garters being used in old movies. I've always had a problem with crew length and mid-calf length dress socks not staying up. With some shoes the material would even bunch up under my heel--very annoying. I didn't want to go the over-the-calf route because there are so many great looking styles in crew and mid-calf length, and on some occasions I think over-the-calf are too warm. . So I tried these and I love them! They are more comfortable than expected and work great. Garters come in single and double grip and I settled on the single. Most pictures show the sock being connected to the garter on the side of the leg, I use mine on the the back of the leg above the heel which was causing the most discomfort (sock slipping under my heel). Great product.
