only safe to 359F
This pan was great until I used a greasy food item on it. I couldn’t wash it off, then read that it is only safe to 350 degrees F. This is ridiculous since it’s going in the oven. I suggest one of the other ceramic brands that go up to 500/650

This makes clean up so fast
I love this baking dish. I bought a second one because it's so great. I use it almost everyday and it looks just as it did when I was brand new. Clean up is so fast and easy. Baked on cheese just comes right off. My roasted potatoes are crispy and delicious.
