Disappointed in the shipping of the product.

The item itself is great! Super cute but this was a gift for someone and it shipped directly in the luggage’s box so the gift now looks old and I had to spend time picking off 2 UPD shipping labels. Why would Macy’s not put this inside a shipping box?

Received a used luggage set

It’s very sad to look forward to an adorable luggage set only to receive an opened used set instead of a new unused set. I intend to give this set as a gift. I expect more from Macy!

Very Disappointed

I ordered this set for my daughter to travel soon and I was very disappointed when I open the box. The backpack and the lunchbag was missing and the inside zipper is defective.

Luggage set-Great!!

My grandson’s luggage set delivered very fast! I loved it and he especially loved it! He’s almost 2 and rolled it around all night, not letting anyone else touch it 😊

Gift arrived, but no note

The gift arrived to my 3 year Goddaughter. Unfortunately, it was sent in the manufacturer's packaging, and did not include the gift note that I provided at checkout.

Perfect Travel Set
