Passport holder

This item was never received so I'm not sure why Macy's is sending me a survey. Also, when it was ordered it was on sale for $19.99. I reviewed the charges on my Macy's account and was charged full price - $49.99. Not sure what is going on but I will be contacting their customer service department for the adjustment.
