Horrible quality

When our suitcases arrived, there was a large crack in one of them, and it was clear that the outer layer of the suitcase is cheap thin plastic that is obviously not durable. I tried to submit a review with pictures numerous times so that others didn’t make the mistake of buying these products, and it wouldn’t let me. It makes me think that the website is only setup to collect positive reviews and make their products seem better than they are.

Decent, but could be much better

I recently bought this bag for an international trip and it's okay. It has decent room without being unwieldy, but their are 2 issues i have with it. The first may be color specific as I got it in white, but the bag had a ton of scuffs even after one direct flight. They seem to come off if you scrub with a sponge, but I was definitely disappointed. The second issue is with the expansion zipper. It sits in the middle between the two halves and as it's separate from the main zipper it means there is "wiggle" in the middle of the bag even when it is not expanded. Seeing as the expansion zipper would only add room outside the zippered half compartments I really wish I just got a non-expandable bag.

The. Best. Suitcases.

Upon recommendation from a well traveled friend and after doing some research I purchased a set of the Platinum Elite. I just returned from a trip to New Zealand and can honestly say these suitcases are THE best I have ever owned. The design is stylish and very functional; I particularly like the zippered dividers. I ordered the smaller hard sided carry on as it meets the requirements of most international airlines, I could easily pack a week’s worth of clothing in it. Travel pro has one of the best warranty policies in the industry. The only concern- batteries used in the charging port on the carry on must comply with the airlines’ battery policies. Quantas had a strict policy posted at the airport. I HIGHLY encourage you to treat yourself to a set of the Platinum Elite luggage!
