pretty but got beat up fast

This case looks great, rolls well, feels sturdy and fits enough for a 5 day trip. But on my first trip with it I was forced to check it and it got pretty beat up. I don't know what Delta did to it but it looked like it landed on pavement, and even the aluminum edges got pretty scuffed and one of them ended up slightly bent. So I would conclude that that part is for show, not durability. In retrospect I should have gone with the soft-sided case. But I'm sure I will get good use out of this still, and otherwise like it a lot.

Pretty and light

Great quality

I ordered this specific brand and line because of the quality I’ve heard from pilots. So far, it seems extremely well built. I love the idea that you could just buy replacement wheels if you need them. I would’ve liked to see some sort of rubber protection on the side that scrapes if you go up a curb so it does not scratch the nice colored part of the suitcase.

Upgraded Platinum Elite Luggage

Upgraded my soft sided Travelpro Platinum Elite luggage after many years of use. International travel takes its toll on luggage after a while. The new hard sided looks great and works well. Gives me more packing options and extra protection from weather and airline baggage handling.

A true horror show macys you should be ashamed!

Got the suitcase not wrapped or packed thrown in a box was scratched called for return they said it was coming to be mailed out sent that one back. I got the same one back that i repacked back. I called for new one no one understood me apparently they claim i got a new one. I have emails that day keep the damaged one will get a new one but on my app says i started 4 returns and still have one to return. I have one damaged suitcase and no new one coming. This is not acceptable
