Shipped in a box with a coat. No plastic wrap or anything to protect it. Arrived kind of banged up which is not what was looking for in a gift. The coat still has the security tag attached, so that may be worse!

The velcro is not wide enough to hold up that long. It only comes in contact with the other side of velcro like an inch or two. The velcro should be very wide and super strong. People want their luggage to last 10 years, not 1 year. This small case should be made to go on top of the 22" carryon perfectly. In other words make it the same width so it is not top heavy. Then make some little tucked in rollaboard wheels so it too could be wheeled, if by chance someone wants to use that as their only carryon.
