Zipper broke

I purchased the complete set (3 piece) Travel Pro 2 years ago and everything was fine until the zipper broke on the medium size luggage when my wife and I were traveling. No matter how we tried, we could not fix it. We had to use duct tape to tape it shut and explain everything to the rep at the airport. It was quite frustrating and embarrassing. This luggage is supposed to be quality but how good can it be when on the 3rd trip the zipper breaks?!!

In my opinion this suitcase is much better than a hard shell suitcase!!!

Adjustable Handle Does Not Stay in Place

The suitcase is nice, but the adjustable handle is not. It will NOT stay in the position I put it in. If this is important to you, DO NOT buy this bag.

Travel pro Walkabout 7 rolling under seat carryon

The carryon is lightweight but sturdy, and it can easily be put on top of a larger Travel Pro rolling suitcase. Easy tot use and I got a great deal when it went on sale

Not loving it

I have returned this bag. I do feel it is good quality but I didn’t care for the design. The 2 grab straps at top of the bag are awkward to me (if in a hurry, like at the airport) since you have to get hold of both then line up the snaps to keep them together; sometimes one strap will interfere with the pull handle. The interior is not an optimal design. The waterproof hang-bag has to be removed/replaced with 4 snaps, then the “lid” of the bag attaches to the body with 4 more snaps and velcro. Other than the hang-bag there is no separation of items in the body and no hold-down straps. Seemed like it would be awkward and cumbersome to use. The padded area would work well for an iPad but I didn’t test the fit with a laptop.
