Carry on

I bought this last year used it once the problem is the carry on handle it doesn’t work. Waste of my money I don’t if Macy’s will take care of it not since been a year

I thought the one suitcase was bigger. It will be useful for weekend trips but not for longer stays.

Puiche 2piece

Worst hand luggage set I ever bought. Unfortunately went for a long trip but only used for one travel. Apparently the metal is very weak and the handle won’t go down anymore. Would have returned it but lost the return label.

Defective

I bought it and the handle on the bigger case won't go back down. My friend got the same set and same exact thing happened to her set. I tried returning but macys said it was too late. So disappointed in this set.

looks cute. but poor quality. the pull on rod broke in 2 pieces after 2 use. Not worth a dime.
